Vet Clinic Dr G.Pashias CY Luxury Pets Pharmacy only delivers to unoccupied Cyprus.
A full registration must be made for each pet before an order can be placed.
- Please fill in the Owner Registration Form plus the Pet Patient registration From Page 1 and Pet Patient registration From Page 2 (for each pet).
- There is a yearly registration fee which must be paid before your registration is processed. This process must be completed before you can order any medication.
- Please choose the appropriate membership plan and add it to the basket and checkout.
- This will be non-refundable if your pet registration is refused.
- Pet registration is refused when insufficient data is provided and we can't verify the existence of your pet. We may contact you for further information if something is unclear.
- Once your registration is processed, you will be provided with a registration code for each pet. This code must be entered at checkout in the comments section whenever medications for this pet is ordered. If you are ordering for more than one pet, the code for each pet must be entered.
- Medications for specific health conditions will require a prescription from a vet before they can be ordered.
- You will not be allowed to exceed the expected required amount of medication for your animal.
An online Veterinary Consultation may be possible to obtain a prescription for our online pharmacy for certain conditions.
- You must be registered before filling out the Online Consultation Request Form.
If a medication is out of stock place a stock request and we'll order it in (price may be different when it's back in stock). If we don't list a medication e-mail us at cyprusluxurypets@gmail.com with a request to stock and we'll inform you if it's possible.
Medication is non-returnable. Once an order has been shipped it can't be returned or refunded.
